Everywhere, except meetings.
I’m here to make the bold statement that I don’t think meetings can or should be emails.
Meetings are unique spaces where groups gather to connect with each other, brainstorm and ideate synchronously, gain clarity through asking questions and understanding motivations, and make decisions that let everyone know who is responsible for what and when.
If that’s not happening at your meetings, call me!
Meetings are vital. So don’t let them go to waste.
In our meeting about meetings, we’ll talk what’s happening (and not happening) in your current meetings, break down your goals for your future meetings, and create a plan for how you are going to get the results you want.
