Virtual Facilitation Coaching
In these sessions, we will go over how to enhance your virtual sessions by utilizing the technology within Zoom. Gain confidence creating polls, using the whiteboard for collaborative work, discover how to best utilize the chat, and all of the skills you need to maximize the impact of your online meetings or workshops.
Zoom Workshop Co-Facilitator
Tech support for your Zoom workshops or meetings. Give your full attention to your content while I do the nitty-gritty tech aspects that you don’t need to!
Tech support includes:
- Sending any prompts, directions, or links to the chat at the appropriate times
- Monitoring the chat for any urgent questions or concerns to bring to the facilitator’s attention
- Directing participants to DM me for any tech support needs
- Creating breakout rooms (of varying specifications throughout the workshop)
- Taking screenshots throughout the session as needed
Depending on the workshop, you may have specific requests. Below are some options to consider:
- Keeping track of the real-time agenda
- Taking relevant notes
- Creating any lists in live-time from participants answers
- Zoom polls
- Zoom whiteboard organization

In order for me to provide tech support, we will need to meet beforehand! There are two options available for our pre-meeting:
30-minute Tech Support Pre-Meeting: We will go over the expectations you have for what support will be necessary and test anything that needs to be tested before the workshop. This meeting requires the final agenda of the workshop to be complete and must take place at least 48-hours before the workshop.
Agenda Consultation: Let’s go through your workshop agenda together! In this meeting I am happy to offer facilitation insights, practice or test any activities to ensure timeliness and clarity of directions, and create an energy graph of the workshop to ensure engagement and participation throughout. This meeting requires a final-draft of your agenda (we can fill in gaps or workout the final version together) and must take place at least 48-hours before the workshop. (The more time we have between this meeting and the workshop, the more insight and feedback can be implemented!)
This Zoom Workshop Tech Support booking includes a free 15-minutes on either side of the workshop. Before the workshop begins I’ll arrive test any day-of tech and run through the to-do list to ensure we’re on the same page. After the workshop is over I will stay so we can discuss how it went!
Pricing breakdown:
30-minute tech meeting – $75
15-minutes before session – free!
Workshop tech support – $150/hr
15-minutes after session – free!
